Old School Singalong and Supper
Old School Singalong and Supper with special guest, Branson’s own Big Clayton is Sunday, February 28th!
The teenage years are a time for adventure, discovery, relationships and figuring out what really matters. At The Tribe, we want students to experience a life with Christ that is bigger than simply attending church.
We believe true adventure is living a life that makes a difference for eternity. Through weekly gatherings, friendships, trips, camps, creative experiences and opportunities to serve, students are challenged to grow in their faith and put what they believe into action.
At the heart of The Tribe is a simple goal: developing disciples who duplicate themselves. We want students not only to follow Jesus, but to learn how to help others follow Him too.
The Tribe meets every Wednesday from 6:30–8 p.m. at Grace Community Church.
Students are also encouraged to be part of our Sunday worship service at 10 a.m.
Just one beggar telling another beggar where the food is.
Our short-term goal is to see new students at every meeting.
Our long-term goal is to see students make a lifelong decision to follow and serve Christ.
“But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light. Once you were not a people, but now you are the people of God; once you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy.”
1 Peter 2:9–10
Teach students to grow in their faith.
Reach students who do not know Christ.
Involve students in ministry.
Provide a place to Belong with other believers.
Edify God through the way we live.
The Tribe is about much more than a Wednesday night meeting. Throughout the year, students have opportunities to learn, build relationships, serve and experience life together.
Wednesday nights combine teaching, community, activities and opportunities for students to grow together.
From fun outings and family events to retreats and special experiences, we want students to build relationships and make memories together while growing in their faith.
Summer camp gives students a chance to get away from their normal routines, build deeper relationships and spend focused time growing in their relationship with Christ.
Students have opportunities to serve at Camp Barnabas, where they can put their faith into action by serving individuals with disabilities and their families.
Service is a major part of The Tribe. Throughout the year, students serve both inside and outside the church through community organizations, local ministries, retirement communities and other opportunities.
We want students to continually ask themselves:
“Am I living a true adventure that will make a difference in eternity?”
There is almost always something happening with The Tribe. Along with our regular Wednesday gatherings, students participate in service projects, creative nights, trips, camps, special events and opportunities just to spend time together.
