Youth & Worship Pastor
Bronze Constantino serves as Youth Pastor and Worship Pastor at Grace Community Church in Topeka, Kansas. He holds a degree from College of the Ozarks and brings both creativity and spiritual passion to his role in leading teens and music ministry. Married to Lauren, Bronze is the son of Pastor Louie Constantino, carrying a legacy of service and faith in the church.
As Youth Pastor, Bronze oversees the Tribe youth ministry, organizes retreats, leads worship nights, and invests in developing disciples who duplicate themselves—a core value of our church.
On the worship side, Bronze guides the music ministry team in crafting authentic, engaging worship experiences for Sunday services, helping the church body move toward moments of encounter with God through song and Scripture.
Outside of ministry, Bronze enjoys skateboarding, graphic design, his new house, and his vision is to see youth not just attend church but live a disciple-making life in their schools, communities, and homes.

Emily Koch
Pre-School Director
Emily Koch serves as Children’s Director at Grace Community Church in Topeka, responsible for guiding our ministry to children from birth through Pre-K. A 2014 graduate of Mid-America Christian University, Emily began working in children’s ministry while studying, serving with Shartel Church of God in Oklahoma City.
Married to Ethan, whom she met in high school, Emily brings both passion and practicality to creating safe, engaging, and faith-building environments for our youngest members.
Her vision for children’s ministry is to see kids not only learn about Jesus but begin to live for Him, surrounded by loving families and church partners. When she’s not leading nursery or Pre-K ministry, Emily enjoys crocheting, reading, .
